Oh! I am so happy

I am sooooo happy!

 While you are off burdened, naturally you shall feel happy. Happiness knows no limits. The thought influence you that you experience different state of feelings within you…when you are relieved or so, it is natural to express you are so happy.

 I once had read somewhere a story where in a mother was doing household course in the kitchen and asked the child to play with granny. While the girl was in the company of the grandmother, she said to granny, ‘oh I am so happy, granny’. The granny smiled but the mother yelled ‘oh that is great’ but what makes you so happy. She did not answer to mom.

 After sometime, the girl repeated that she was so happy, the mother could not resist and asked here to tell why she very so happy. Girl replied ‘I am your stepmother and you are Cinderella, now doing all the kitchen jobs for us, I am so happy for that.

 The mother has been telling her little kid the story of Cinderella and her sisters. The girl assumed her in place of the step mother and versioned her mother as Cinderella. Now imagine the thought of the small girl why she very so happy.

 Likewise, when you are distressed for some reason or the other and see no way-out of the problem, then you feel there is nothing in life, oh! It is so boring and is sullen some times. Then all of a sudden, you see a small positive aspect in the context and exclaim oh I am so happy…seems a burden is just lifted. You want to celebrate and enjoy life once again.

 One can narrate hundreds of instances when one has felt sullen while doing daily chores that he/she is faced with seemingly insurmountable hurdles and desperately looks to getting out of it. The moment, it seems that decks are clear and a new thought takes over imbibing something earlier not imagined, turns you into a happy lot.

 Here one can say that negativity of mind sometimes leads to such a sullen state of mind. Not that one always gets this phobia, yet many a time it does happen…and it sometimes leads to depression.

One should always try to remain in a positive frame of mind then only every time you shall exclaim… Oh! I am sooooo happy! Amen

how can i keep myself in this mind frame?

right now i am, well not so much ‘happy’ exactly but i’m positive and optimistic about things. usually i am a very low, pessimistic person and i really hate that about myself! sometimes i get in moods [like this one] where i feel that life will work out, and i can look on the bright side of things. i love when i am in this mood, but i want to learn how to always feel this way. in other words be more optimistic all the time, and generally just a happier person.

any advice on how i can do this?

What usually helps me is regular exercise and eating right, it helps my body feel better and my mind. Keep yourself around uplifting people. I also do yoga. it helps
